I have used online sites to do free stuff and get amazon credits (there are other choices, but I prefer amazon & using all the same place makes them add up faster:)). I've been doing it for years to stretch our budget, and have, admittedly, ruled out a lot of sites that are supposed to do that . . . however, there are 3 I use ALL the time. They work. There are different ways to do it within these options, so you can do what works for you & blow off the rest. I tried to put all the info out there in an auction description, but Listia does not allow that, so I simply auction off a long message with detailed information each week. It works for me. I've gotten some thrilled response from people and some blase, but mostly I get excited feedback in messages etc. Good luck & I hope this helps :)

sometimes. Depends on my mood, how busy I am when I send stuff, and how high the bidding goes - they show me a certain number of the top bids. Sometimes I send it to everyone on ths list, sometimes I stop partway down . . . I do list it every week - have for a couple of weeks now, so you can take your chance & decide how much you want it. I hear you!!! I'm homeschooling mom who had to quit working . . . I did this stuff before, but now it's how I buy curriculum!! I'm close to getting the next math workbook, then I think I need one more for Fall, so I'm working on it! Every little bit helps! Good luck!!

others have mentioned that - sometimes you need to wait until your account is verified or you have earned the wings badge . . . not sure - it's a Listia settings thing. I list this each week, so keep trying if you can't do it this time. sorry it's frustration!

I've done the survey options before, and haven't in many months - I hear you! Two of the options do allow for surveys, but also other options. I have tried so many sites and methods that I do not include, since I didn't like them. The three I recommend and give suggestions about are all ones I use regularly. Thanks and good luck!

:) I'll see what I can do - some weeks I've been shown a bunch of bidders and some weeks only 3 . . . hard to predict. It also depends on how much time I have at the time . . . It really depends on the person. I think it's easy, but the rate of earning really varies. I think I'm close to $40 at one site, I just got a $5 amazon thing on another yesterday, etc . . . I'm a homeschooler, so I just hop on when I get the chance . . . it takes some time, but I don't think it takes too much. You're not going to quit working for a living by doing this, but it's a nice supplement :)

This is information on 3 ways to get credits & gift cards. One of them comes with a $10 gift card at sign-up & it comes directly from that source. Listia doesn't allow links on their auctions (I found out when they were removed), but they will allow auctions for a message including the links & info, so that's what I do.

cool! I can't stand those surveys like that . . . I did those for a while, but haven't bothered in a couple of years. Two of the options i use have surveys as a choice, but they also have a variety of other ways to do things. Certain things annoy one person, but not another, so i figure if I share my tips and experience on my favorite 3, people hopefully will find ideas that work well for them. My sister-in-law uses the sites completely differently than I do, and I have another friend that also does it very differently than I do . . . whatever works, right?!
