You need to read the rules. You should have discussed all of this before you placed a bid.

In my description it clearly says those who do not pay shipping loose out on their credits, there's nothing more to say. If you want free shipping, and you are the winner of this auction at auction's end, I will set up a GIN and deduct the 499 credits from that, but other than that there's nothing else I can do for you.
