CZ means cubic zirconia. CT is carat (diamond weight)
I really doubt that a jeweler will set that many diamonds in silver.
That does look like silver so the stones are probably CZ.

They are real and Ty for calling me a liar. Just because you think a jeweler won't doesn't mean your correct. This was my grandmothers and she won't wear anything fake in the slightest.
