Cause the plastic holder was scratched looking and I wanted to show that the game wasn't. Bother you that much???

They will play as long as it is in the casing, I do it all the time, even broken casings, because I have had it where it would not read the disk,because the plasic on the label side was pushed in causing the disk not to spin and removing that part of the case made it so it would read, but you have to be careful in this case because the disk could fall forward. Best method anyways is to get umb dumper and backup your disk and play them off the memory card.
