this item is new in the box, never been opened. I bought it thinking i could use it and when i got home my husband had already bought something else so i am passing it on to anyone who might be able to use it.. side of the box has pictures showing how it will hold ladders, skate boards, surf boards and the guy at dicks sporting goods also said he has one he hangs his bike up with so it is multi functional!
