The listing, Beautifully Detailed Brown Dress Up Top- Size M has ended.

This is such a unique top, with lots and lots of detail! It is a lovely broomstick fabric (like the skirts) with a sheen to it, overall length is 31" so it goes over your hips, slight racer back at shoulders. Fabric is cotton/nylon and can machine wash cold, hang dry. Elastic smocking at the empire waist with an adjustable tie front. Ribbon trim a few inches above the hem with dangling metal circles, flowing down into a wide lace hem. Empire waist stretches from 16 inches to24 inches side to side. It will fit alot of us girls!
