The listing, US INCREDIBLE!! Collector FIVE (5) "stacks" of 390!!!! used stamps to use or sell!! must see has ended.

These were acquired by me from another collector.
They are stacks (of the same stamp) in cellophane .390 TOTAL STAMPS......glare is from the cellophane on the pictures.
I have not opened these packets so it is possible some may be stuck together and you will need to soak off...

I don't know since it will be over an ounce....$1.10 for an ounce.......I don't normally ship internationally. So...we would have to determine that in the event you win. I would pay the $1.10 but you would be asked to pay anything over that.
