This is a XBOX360 wireless network adapter.
This is NOT a pc/console game.
This is NOT software.
Thus this does NOT fall under that section of the shipping of an item in the rules.
This item will come with insurance on it as it is an electronic adapter for another electronic device. All of my electronics shipped go out with insurance on them. This is to ensure that the item gets to the buyer in the same condition it leaves my hands in. This item comes with FREE tracking number via USPS. I also require electronics to be signed for upon arrival to the buyer, this shows extra proof that the item reached you. All of the shipping details for this item are within the rules/regulations/terms of Listia! I am happy to quote those terms that state my shipping is NOT TOO HIGH or UNREASONABLE!
