My Dad roller his own with Prince Albert or Velvet. He was frugal too always saved the cans for sorting out nuts and bolts and if the machine shed or chicken coop had need of a patch in the roof he took out the tin snips cut off the top and the bottom opened it up down the side slathered it with tar and screwed it over the hole. How old am I? LOL

Hi LolaGail, I just love this auction piece. I agree with michaelstubbs when he said it looks strange without the rust.My Grandfather smoked P.A. and I saw many, many of them when I was a little girl. this one being so clean brings it all back like nothing else. They had better snap this up , at any price, because they probably won't be seeing any more in this condition.

Like every time I see a Cigar box..well, my MUCH OLDER sister MADE me sit behind my daddy when we went somewhere in the car. He always had one wallowing it around and chewing on it, and when it got really really really nasty, he would bit the end off and spit it out the window and it would ALWAYS land on me! Today, I would be sooo happy if he were alive and still spitting out the windows.
