What kind of material is this?

I think it's a cotton Poly Blend. The tag on it just says made in Korea. Imagine that an American Icon (Harley) made in Korea. The logos on it are not iron ons they can be seen on both sides of the bag. It's really nice!

It's about 10 in wide. I'm not sure how to measure it because it's such an odd shape. Thanks for asking though!

It's new just a bad pic. Yes I do have a smoking house but this has only been here about a week so it doesn't smell like smoke.
