yes, you go under your account and you will see at the bottom where it shows a redeem gift certificate and simply put in your gift certificate number. we had an existing account when someone gave us a 6 month gift certificate. we redeemed it and was not charged again until after the gift certificate expired and it will notify you by email when it will expire. i hope i answered your questions. thank you.

I am sorry. I answered the question but maybe it didnt post properly. yes, this will work with your existing account. all you have to do is go to your account and scroll down and you will see where you can redeem your gift certificate. put your gift number and hit redeem. it will apply to your account. you will not be charged for the month you redeem the gift. your email will notify you when your month is close to being over. I was given one for 6 months and they did not charge my monthly fee until after the 6 months was over. since you have an existing account, this will work great.
