The listing, 100 Purple Coneflower seeds - 2010 has ended.

Echinacea 'Magnus' or Purple Coneflower is a 3"tall native Perennial that is drought tolerant and needs part to full sun. These seeds were just collected from my garden and I took the photos myself.

Thank you! I love these flowers.They are American natives, drought tolerant, pop up every year without fail, and now come in many new colors with cool names like 'Tiki Torch' and 'Mac & Cheese'.

No, I don't make tea out of these, but I have taken it it tablet form to help ward off colds. I'm sure there are lots of medicinal uses that a internet search could turn up. I am a visual artist and just like the pretty flowers. :-)

Thank you. 'Magnus' is an "improved" selection of the regular wild variety. I guess this means it has a more "tidy" appearance and doesn't sprawl or get leggy as much.

Cone flowers are a hardy plant. My favourite variety is the Tiki Torch. It's a brilliant orange and red variety. They're a perfect plant for southern California because, they are drought tollerant.Good auction.
