Sure! It's really easy. If your car or other device has a tape player in it, you put this in and leave the cord hanging out. Then simply plug the head of the cord into the headphone jack of whatever MP3 player or cell phone you are trying to play music from. It will then come from the speakers of the device the tape is in.
