This is new. The wick was made short. It looks to me more of a candle collection piece or just for decoration. Hope this helped. Thank You

This is new. You can't really tell by the picture but it is really to pretty to light. This would be a nice addition to a candle collection or just as deco, but you could light it if you wanted to. The wick was made in it short.

Thank you, I work Pier Diem on the side at a Adult Family Home and Richard a very refined sweet, gentleman there loves candles. He collects and lights them. I have gotten him a few unique ones thus far and given them to him. This would be for Christmas, in addition to the 12 inch shiny nutcracker candle and a box of See's candy.
