I LOVE this dressy top because it can be used as casual or dressed up. I only got to wear it once because I bought a small instead of a medium. The black lacy band around the middle has sewn in sequins to give it that extra touch. The material feels silky and it says to hand wash only.

What are the measurements? I'm a little busty and have trouble finding shirts that fit up top and everywhere else lol
