Brand New. Took off hanger and out of package so that I can get a good picture of the size. The front material is made of plastic and the back has a thin layer of cloth. very light. The design is flowers..

Hi, I'm 4'11 and 110lbs and it is big on me. I could almost wear it as a dress lol. The straps are not adjustable. I looked on the original package and could not find anywhere where it listed the dimensions. I hope this helps. If not let me know and I will try to find something to measure it with. Thanks :)

Yes definitely an adults size. I bought several of them thinking they would be good to use to do art projects with my kids, but when we got home and opened one up we discovered they barely with me more less them. :)
