Brand New With Tags - Lip Service black vegi-leather skirt! This skirt is amazing.. please read below for more info on its awesomeness :)

-size is a Large! Lying flat, the waistband measures about 16 inches. This sits low on your hips so I'd compare the waistband on this to where about you'd want this worn on your hips.
-This skirt is made in black vegi-leather (basically fake leather) with grommet holes in the waistband and a zipper on the side. Features black tulle underneath to poof it out for a fun tutu look!
-As you can see from the 3rd picture, this is a micro-mini. Pair it with leggings, or otherwise hope it's not too windy out when you wear this!

I purchased this from the Hot Topic website. It is no longer on their website (I'm pretty sure) and I think a few quantities of this still run on the Lip Service webpage. Grab a GREAT deal! I figured all the awesome Listians would appreciate this much more than Ebay people would ;) I would have loved to have worn this but it fits just a bit bigger on me than I'd like.
