This auction is for both the Gold plated and Silver plated world Trade Center Commemorative Coins. These are commemorative coins (most likely a copper-nickel base metal, and then layered with a very thin layer of pure silver and 24k gold). The coins are each 39 mm in diameter and about 3 mm thick. Comes in an air-tite plastic holder for safe keeping. Both coins are in real good shape and have wonderful detail. Please see pics for more details. Quarter is for size reference only.
