Yes, the yarn really is that mixed up.No, I don't know what the project was supposed to become.
No, I do not plan to ball the yarn. What you see is what you get.
The 2 triangles are still attached to the mess of yarn.
the long side is 44" (has a soiled spot near where the yarn is attached to the messy part) & the short sides are 28". The other is 54" x 30".
The yarn is very soft & has white sparkely fibers in it.
The yarn weighs almost a pound if that helps you at all.
