Is this the kind you just slip both feet in and buckle at the back? I have one that I have to slip her head through, go under belly and slip through another loop and make sure both feet are in and then buckle at back - very complicated for a dog that wont sit still. I want something simple. She is a mini pincher - girth about 16" - do you think this will fit? Thanks

yes this slips over the front feet and buckle in the back.
