I bought this tablet a month ago (7/14/2013) brand new. I only used it for several times and suddenly it stop working. I didn't dropped or abused it. It suddenly just stop working and not turning back on. I cannot return to store since they have 30 day return policy so I called customer service at tablet company they told me to return to company and get new one but it will take about 2 weeks to that. I don't have time for that so I just go out and get different one. So here it is. You can fix it or you can send back to company and get brand new one. All the papers,charger,usb cable and original box included and I will also include original receipt so if the buyer decided to return it to get new one they might need proof it was purchased only a month ago.
