The color blue is awesome! There is some green in the blue but just a touch. An unusual and very pretty color. This tall apothecary jar will have many uses in your home and it looks pretty too. It is quite tall and measures without cover 101/2 inches tall, with the cover it is over 13 inches tall. It has an optical design and is from the mid century modern era. These jars were very popular in the 60s also. Group them on a side table, or use it to hold cotton balls, bath salts, soaps etc in the bath. Makes a great candy container too. I am sure you will reach for this jar lots of times. It is a light weight glass that is ribbed. It has no pontil so it must be molded instead of blown.
