The puerto rican flag necklace is made of gold seed beads and a heart-shaped acrylic rhinestone; i painfully paint by hand with acrylic paints and seal it for long life. i carefully put together and make the necklace you see how beautiful it is all by me artist carmen villarini, thank you for looking and please feel free to bidd on the necklace and other of my hand made jewerly and crafts.
