Would the earring be too heavy to switch over to a nylon hook? (http://gotogreatpanes.com/supplies/jewelry/earrings/fourplastichookshand.jpg) I (and my children) am/are allergic to all metals :( but my oldest would FLIP over these earrings.

Idk if the earrings would be to heavy for those. I have never seen or worked with those type of hooks before. I do have nickel free hooks.
