This is a rear facing car seat for 4-22 lbs we don't have the base, used just for a carrier, I don't have a box for shipping and think this would probably cost too much for free shipping. manuf 06/15/12 by dorel juvenile group has a all stickers on sides and states you can use it with the lap or lap/shoulder belt.

FYI: It can cost less than that. you need to go into a usps store and let them get the appropriate size box for you. even from where you live the USPS can ship this for less than $50.

Do not go to a retail store for shipping, as they have a mark up on the shipping cost. Its whats called a retail surcharge. Go to actual post office or actual UPS store location. to save some money.
