Here's another one! I tried to get the best pictures on this one as well. This is NOT new and does have a hairline crack that goes across the hologram, but does not effect it. The hologram also has 2 small lights that light up a yellow and red one before and after the #3 on the car. It was an exes that he left behind years ago. I have never used it and neither did he. He was a nascar fan and not a smoker. I'm not sure if it works however when you try to light it, you can see where it tries to get spark. May possibly only need fluid, but not sure.
