This is a 2 Heart Shaped Mother of Pearl and Rhinestone "Wife" Brooch... It is Vintage!! It is Gold-tone... the Heart side is 1 1/4" wide by 1/2" and the "Wife" is 1 1/2" wide by 3/4"... they are together by 3 gold chains that swag, shortest chain is 6 1/2" long...
