There are screencaps from my iphone with ios 7 which is unable to be jail broken at the time and as you can clearly see I'm running Pokemon emerald on my iphone there's your proof so bid away :)

well i can see it from both angles, but since i diddnt PAY for the credits, i see no issue with it. may be different in the case for someone who did. the way i view it, im trading the credits i recieved for free to recieve information i may not find without through research, so in my openion hes actually putting out the information to a larger group.
