These are very cute plates. They are look a like china.(not real) They are in perfect condition. On the back is stamped into the plate is "Made in England" and has "cc" also.

You need to reread Listia shipping and handling rules. Third paragraph states, "You cannot state that you are not responsible for safe arrival of the item or ensuring that items are delivered as described. For example, you cannot state 'I am not responsible for this item once I ship it out". It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure the listed item gets to the winner.

The seller is fully responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item to ensure against damage or loss from normal shipping practices."

If it arrives damaged the buyer can request a refund of credits by sending a picture of the broken item. This provides protection to the buyer. Even if the points "clear" you are still liable for the items safe arrival.
