I do have a question. When you store your breast milk in the freezer, how long does it stay fresh?

And does your milk stay liquified or does it freeze when they're in these baggies? And can these baggies be warmed up in microwave??

Everyone has their own preference as to how long it stays fresh. I've been told by different doctors I've seen that it's good anywhere from 6 months to a year. I prefer 6 months just to be safe.Yes the milk freezes I just pulled one out every now and then and stuck it in the fridge and used it after it unthawed. I never microwaved mine I don't think you can if you needed defrosted I'd just put the bag in some hot water for a few minutes. Thank you, June.
