This is a gorgeous size small top from Decree. It's a light blue with lots of sequins all over it. It is one of those shirts made to be oversized, and I just don't understand how to wear them. I'm kinda dumb when it comes to today's fashion. Only worn around the house once or twice. Great condition, not a single sequin missing! On the right person this shirt would be fabulous!
