FREE: Victorian Charm

The listing, Victorian Charm has ended.

This is a Size Small , sheer , black blouse. The details on the neck just cannot be done justice in the photos. In photo 3 for instance it appears gray or faded ,however it is not. The blouse is long sleeved with button wrist closure. It is completely sheer fabric so a slip or tank will be required with it.The tag has been cut out so I am uncertain of the maker. I bought it at a yard sale thinking it would fit ,however, it did not.
