This is a Notations top in beautiful blues.It is a knit fabric,very slinky and thin.It is size XL, Made in China.The design appears to be almost tie dyed or as an Impressionist painting. The bust area has detailed stitching and subtle sequins. Some of the threads on the bust area are loose. This top is great for casual wear.
