The phone works fine, I don't think the data is deleted in it. Unfortunantly this phone has no charger, and no battery.... THIS IS A PREPAID PHONE. I'm getting rid of this because It's just taking up space in my drawer. But great luck to you who bids hope you win (:

I have a battery and a charger for it but the phone screen is smashes and it turns on to a black screen. So I definitely need this.
