This is Major M. Bison from Street Fighter all joints are still tight and I can't see any paint wear date says 1994 and these are made by Hasbro and are part of the G.I. Joe toy line

Not just that, this is the "Jet Pack General Blitz" figure. He came with a spring-loaded jet pack and a compass ring. I should know, I got one carded at a flea market for $7.
