256 pages and there is some wear marks on the corners but only because its been on the shelf for a few years.

I live in Lisbon, OH 44432 so it shouldn't cost to much to ship. Can you find out please? Media mail is cheapest for books. I'm not in a hurry so you can use that.

You just tell them it's a book and you want to mail it using media mail. It can be as low as $2-$4.
