The listing, Yugi Moto deck has ended.

THIS IS NOT AN AUCTION FOR CARDS. This auction is for a card list detailing which cards are needed to build your own copy of the deck belonging to the King of Games himself. This list will be e-mailed to the winner, so it will be sent via digital delivery.

I have built this deck before and used it in duels. It works extremely well. As of the listing of this auction, there are no forbidden cards listed in this deck to my knowledge.

In order to make this deck list, I scoured every source I could that chronicled Yugi's adventure. It is as legit as possible, using cards seen throughout the original series.

While it may be a bit faster, you have no clue as to whether the person who put that information knows how to play the fame or even watches the show. I, on the other hand, have several chapters of the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga and have seen all episodes of the original series. I do play the game and the video games of Yu-Gi-Oh!, so I know what I am doing. Not to mention, the website you posted a link to is a "wiki", which is a Wikipedia for one specific subject that branches out into every little details. That said, anyone who is a member can change it.
