This is a new New As Seen On Tv Craft Lite Paper Cutter - 21 LED Lights, 12" Ruler, and 6 Interchangeable Blades. It comes in a generic box. Free US and Canada shipping.

Apparently people are not too happy with this product in the Amazon reviews giving it only 2 ½ out of 5 stars for 71 reviews. They report it's junky and doesn't do well on card stock except with multiple passes. The light are good and strong though, maybe too much...My recommendation, as with a lot of my "stuff", get this to experiment only :-).
