They are a thicker tight they fit 5'9 and I think 165 the best I am a bit smaller myself but I buy them a little big so I am not fighting with them LOL

Yes and durable I went and bought a couple more pairs today because they are so great they have ballet shoes now for juniors and smaller women's. Children's Dance tights too let me know what you need just send me a message with requests:)
