There are two tubes of 6 mini-packs of RoseArt brand modeling compound (similar to Playdough).
Wanting to ensure that no child is disappointed upon opening these I did a "pliability test".
Pliability Test:
1> There are 2 tubes of 6 mini tubs. None had ever been opened when I found them in my storage area.
2> However, since they had been in storage for 4 years, I thought I should verify that the stuff had not solidified before I sold it to someone else.
3> So, I opened 1 tube and pulled 1 mini tub out, then touched the modeling compound inside of the mini tub to see if it had solidified.
4> I found that the stuff inside that 1 mini tub was still pliable, therefore I believe it is safe to assume the remainder are also pliable.
5> I did not open any of remaining 5 mini tubs in that first tube, nor the second tube of 6 mini tubs at all.
6> Therefore, all the remaining mini tubs are unopened, with only the 1 mini tub being opened for testing.
7> In conclusion: There are 11 never-opened mini tubs and 1 mini tub that was opened and touched.
8> They are "still pliable, as good as the day they were purchased!"
PS. My hands were washed with soap & hot water before I tested it.
