Although the goldtone plating on the adjustable ring is chipped I believe it has real diamond chips set in it. You could dig those out and re-use them in something new.

The wire-wrapped ring with black Onyx beads is sterling silver wire, and the filigree heart ring is most likely sterling as well.

The single hoop earring would be perfect for a guy to wear!
