I am a mom, and work full time. I don't always have a ton of spare time to workout! SO, I have printed TONS of "challenges" to pick through and put them in a binder. Each time I complete a challenge I pick a new one. Each one is either a day challenge, a week long one, or a month long challenge. I have these at hand when I workout, and if I find that I have time to do more workouts, I am not racking my brain for another thing to do, or looking it up online, I simply file through my binder and find another challenge. This really works! I have toned my arms, legs, and lost pounds by doing this, and it is fun. It is a great way to help keep in shape on a tight time-budget!
