Edit your listing on the left side of ur screen click on advance options and check the box for Get It Now option
Sometime once ppl start bidding u can't edit, but give it a try anyhow

Well next time you'll know how to do it. (when u list a item right after u type in your location for your item, you will see to the left of your screen a small enclosed gray box with an arrow saying show advanced options)....that is where you'll find GIN (Get it Now) check that box .
