That I don't know, because a 4 lb weeny dog is a different height and length than a 4 lb pom or a 4 lb chihuahua, and much different in size than small animals. The dimensions are listed above (8.5" wide by 11.5" long) you could measure your little one and see if it is big enough to fit it. But I'm not too certain a little dog would. I guess it also would depend on how big around he/she is too.
