If you haven't done so already, visit the Steam website and install the Steam client which you will see at the top right of the page. Now run the Steam client software on your computer,go to the LIBRARY and click on "+ Add a Game" (bottom left of your screen). Next, click the middle menu option, "Activate a Product on Steam...".
