Honestly... I have no idea. I will double check when I get home to see if there are any type of markings.

On the top of the Cross - it has a NR on it...
One one side is Pope John Paul II and the other side it says, " I am The Immaculate Conception" with the virgin Mary...
I didn't see any markings about being sterling....so I have no idea if it is or isn't. So sorry!!
