***NOTABLE ISSUES: This dvd is an EX-RENTAL and it has a slight flaw. Has a few surface scratches, but I don't have the ability to remove the scratches. Maybe you can remove scratches yourself. The dvd skips and/or freezes up towards the end of the movie, specifically when they are building the snowman. Absolutely no returns and no exchanges. Buyer is purchasing this item 'AS-IS' condition.
