This little romper with the circus train is pre-barcode era and never been worn. 100% cotton velveteen and perfect to its time in every way. Mother of pearl buttons at the shoulders and 3 gripper snaps at the bottom. From our smoke free home.

Very Sweet but the elastic on the right leg hole looks like it is dry rotted - is that correct?

from my experience You ar talking about when you stretch it it crackles and does not spring back That is not the case with this It makes no sound when stretch and is a very gentle elastic only at the back of the leg. The front is hemmed.

I understand where you were coming from and might have asked the same seeing how one side in the back looks more gathered then the other and I was happy to clear it up for you . I really think they didn't make one as tight as the other but I could easily fix that if the winner would like me too.
