Does it hold a 7" maximum.. What I mean is I have the kindle fire HD 7"... but even though it's called the 7", it's actually 9" if I measured it with a ruler.. Only the touch screen/screen that lights up is 7 in, than there is a border around that part, which make it measure to 9"...

So, would this fit...? What's the exact ruler size from left to right. N up to Down
