The listing, Antique HJ Heinz Bottle with Hallmark has ended.

Excellent condition for it's age. Has a silver plated stopper. These bottles were believed to be used in restaurants. Will ship to verified listian winner. Not able to start these auctions as low as I would like so I can try to cover shipping expenses.

I truly have no idea. It was packed in storage in items we received from estate that way. I have not tried to clean or alter it and will leave that to you collectors. Hope this helps. :)

I'd love to have this for my husband who collects antique bottles. I'll just have to mull over the starting bid. It seems high to me but I don't usually get bottles and have no idea really what this is worth. I tried to Google it and think it's a vinegar bottle but not sure about the date. Can you give us any background? Do you know what it is or what the dollar worth is? Thanks for answering my questions.

it was an item collected by a family member and believed to be from early 1900's. It has the original stopper which is rare these days. I have had offers for around $ 20 but know one wants to cover shipping and it has not sold so far so thought I would list it here. Shipping on this will run me a minimum of $6 to get it safely shipped which is why the starting bid is what it is. Folks I have found tend to not want to bid on items with shipping charges. Hope this makes sense.
